RSPCA
- Maidstone:
When
the RSPCA's lease of offices in Maidstone came to an end
they relocated to their own premises nearby, Laurel Interior
Systems were brought in to bring the area back to the
original specification for the landlords.
After
many years of hard service it was necessary to clear the
carpet, existing partitions, and ceiling boards and replace
them together with the complete redecoration.
The
project was completed on time and within budget.
The
Waterproofing Group Plc
After
a major consolidation of their business. The Waterproofing
group Plc undertook a major makeover to their factory
and offices. As well as extensive external works, new
production lines and factory improvements it was necessary
to install a new suite of general and executive offices.
Laurel
Interior Systems Ltd were called in to initially provide
a one hour firewall between the warehouse and proposed
site of the offices and subsequently install new partitions,
ceilings and carpets to create the offices.
The Screens
were double glazed with internal venetian blinds and fully
modular to allow for any future expansion or re-organisation.
The
reception was decorated in a contemporary style with marble
floors and embellished with modern art.
The
boardroom is a combination of comfort and functionality.
The
executive toilets are also finished to the same very high
standard.
